Agreement
THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") FORM A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (OR THE ENTITY YOU REPRESENT) AND SBGRO REGARDING YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF SBGRO CONTACTS AND RELATED SERVICES. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
Parts of this Agreement
This Agreement consists of these General Terms and any Service Specific Terms that apply to particular features. If there is a conflict, the Service Specific Terms control for that feature.
Using the service
You may use sbgro Contacts only for lawful business or personal productivity purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or access it through unauthorized automated means.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organization admins may manage users and permissions within their workspace.
Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant sbgro a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. You must not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal risk, or non-payment where applicable. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
